Objectives
It is my objective to serve the Lord Jesus Christ with all of my heart & soul, to win the lost to Christ, preach God’s Anointed Word, grow & develop attendance, church membership & a strong outreach ministry.
Doctrine- Philosophy of Ministry
- 1. I believe the Bible is the verbally inspired Word and revelation of God, inerrant, infallible, and God-breathed. Ps. 19:7-11; II Timothy 3:16-17; 11 Peter 1:16-21
- 2. I believe in the total deity and total humanity of Jesus Christ -- His virgin birth; that He is the incarnation of the Father for whom and by whom all things were created. John 1:1-14; Phil. 2:5-6
- 3. I believe in the substitutionary atonement of the Lord Jesus Christ, that He, by the grace of God, tasted death for every man, and that all must be born again, or are forever lost. Hebrews 2:9; John 6:44-69; John 3:1-18
- 4. I believe in the Trinity- God manifested in three persons -- God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the infallible interpreter of the infallible Bible.
- My vision is to unite families in order to create a strong church, community, and country. I continually demonstrate leadership, and executive management expertise, and am highly qualified to serve as Senior Pastor.

I currently have over 40 years of Ministerial Teaching, Training, and Counseling experience. I have a Doctorate of Philosophy, Christian Education, Counseling and Ministry in Pastoral Theology. I am an astute educator and evaluator of the various human conditions associated with reconciling dysfunctional families. As a certified counselor and educator, who can also train and certify others to become counselors, I have made many executive decisions and policies that have changed lives.

I am a strong, biblically based pastor/leader who is committed to community mission, youth and adult CE and the maintaining of loving relationships among church members.
I provide leadership, management, supervisory, and ministry guidance to all church staff and ministry head volunteers.
I am a Spirit-filled pastor who is passionate about God’s Word and His people. I press to model Christ in vision, prayer, relationships and actions. I am an expository teacher and preacher of Gods word.
God has gifted me to be a passionate, humorous and enthusiastic teacher and trainer. I provide overall training and inspiration to pastoral staff to ensure that they are maturing in their faith, enhancing their skills and developing professionally. Likewise, I ensure that the overall church body has an opportunity to grow in the Lord by teaching weekly congregational Bible Study for more in depth review and interpretation of God’s Word.
I strongly encourage evangelism and mission support efforts, and require all leaders and members to maintain and increase extension of Christ’s love and care to all in our community and globally, including those who are of different ethnic and cultural backgrounds, disabled, disadvantaged, disenfranchised and otherwise in need.
I am an ordained minister and hold several degrees suitable for the pastoral ministry.
I am both the spiritual leader and shepherd of the church and I happily work collaboratively with Trustee, Deacon, and other Advisory Board members to ensure effective and efficient coordination and management of all programs.
